Qualifications Knowledge/Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

· Minimum Education - College Degree Specific Education Required - Bachelors degree required. Advanced degree preferred.

· Course of Study - Computer Science / Information Technology and Security Essential - 5+ years in Information Technology specializing in CRM Essential - 2-4 years of development experience with SFDC including Campaign Mgmt., Lead Mgmt., Customer Service, Content Mgmt., and Dashboards/Reporting development.

· Essential - Deep understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules. Deep understanding of Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, Triggers, Apex classes, etc. Deep hands-on experience with Visual Force, Apex, and other customizations of SFDC.

·Supervision of ongoing and regular status updates to the Global Delivery Sr. Project Manager and Operating Business

Education and Experience Required:

· This position requires a Bachelor / Masters Degree or equivalent experience in IT or business

· Five to seven years experience with previous project management/leadership experience in ERP Project Management, Must have completed 2 large scale implementations with a minimum of one complete SAP implementation.

· Recognised Project Management certification such as PMI or Prince 2 is a Plus.

· Deep experience with managing fit/gap activities, gap remediation, testing, conversion, and cutover activities

· An understanding of technical / ERP concepts, principles and terminology

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills, Self-motivated and the ability to set and meet deadlines.

· Ability to integrate multiple concurrent deployment/delivery work streams

· Experience integrating deployment activities with other transformation activities such as shared services transitions and instituting user support networks

· Breadth of experience that includes a good balance of SAP technical deployment capabilities and process / functional / business understanding Experienced interfacing with senior executives in multi-national advertising agency

· Advertising industry background / experience desired

· Knowledge of SAP implementation methodology

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to clearly and correctly state and summarize technical information

· Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Visio and Project

· These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools.

· Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using IBM Infosphere Information Server (IIS) Data Stage on a Unix/Linux environment.

· Experience in developing Parallel Extender (PX) jobs is mandatory and exposure to IBM IIS 8.x or above versions and/or experience/exposure to IIS Linux Grid environment are a plus.

· Strong SQL skills and good analytical and communication skills are required.
