• Identify and propose new components and/or refactoring strategies of legacy implementations in balance with business priorities.

Qualification: 
• Strong web, java development experience
• 7+ years of Java experience
• Experience with JDK 5 or higher, Struts, Spring, XML, XSLT,JSP, Servlet, JSTL
• Experience with Multi Threading
• Experience RESTful services
• Experience in Subversion, Maven and JUNIT
• Experience in ORM implementations like Hibernate
• Exposure to Content Management Systems
• Experience in Service Oriented Architecture
• Deep understanding of RDBMS concepts and MySQL/Oracle database
• Experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting
• Experience with Apache, Tomcat application servers.
• Experience with enterprise caching solutions

Responsibility:
