Position Title: Senior SAP Functional Analyst - Procure To Pay
Position Type & Length: 6 months Contract
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ

Position Overview: 
Acts as a source of functional knowledge for SAP Procure To Pay (PTP) in the areas of Materials Master, Accounts Payable and Procurement.  The areas of responsibility range from specific business analysis and consulting on sponsored projects to the configuration, customization and implementation of corporate applications and systems from a functional perspective. 

Primary Duties:
·         Performs the duties of a lead information systems analyst on the various business systems and applications, focusing on improving the quality and timeliness of business information.
·         Leads analysis, development of alternative solutions, and application requirements in corporate application development efforts. 
·         Provides functional direction and guidance to technical resources on system projects. 
·         Coordinates/manages cross-team initiatives, which includes tracking schedule, dependencies, scope, and resources Uses functional and technical capabilities to identify process improvement opportunities, research alternatives, and implement the best overall solution. 
·         Demonstrates a “big picture” view and proactively communicates and works with other areas that may be impacted by an issue or change.
·         Responsible for the daily maintenance of the Company’s business systems, as well as identifying and correcting production issues that arise.
·         Required to coordinate with IT or contractor technical resources.  Routine responsibilities may include performing/coordinating weekly or monthly application processes, such as closing AP and Projects.
·         Provide overall support to business application system users on configuration, master data, data quality, segregation of duties, and other ad-hoc issues as necessary.

Skills/Knowledge
·         Functional and Application knowledge required Procure To Pay ( PTP) – Material Master, Accounts Payable, Procurement Specific configuration knowledge
·         Working knowledge of SAP security and roles Broad knowledge of SAP and third party application table structure and fields
·         Ability to facilitate meetings with small groups of clients and negotiate with clients to achieve balance between competing needs and resources.
·         Demonstrated ability to work effectively across the organization – with technical and non-technical professionals.
·         Ability to quickly grasp the complexities of disparate lines of business and their requirements.
·         Strong analytical/problem solving skills.

Education
·         At least 3 to 5 years of experiencing implementing/supporting SAP, PTP module expertise desired
·         Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study and at least 5 years of job-related experience or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.

Position Title: Oracle DBA

The DBA will be part of the Client Cloud Operations team.  The primary responsibilities will be to design, configure and administer databases, this will include 24/7 operations and project work. Analyzing and improving SaaS Infrastructure services, reducing operational costs, providing recommendations and building technical designs for business requirements, and increasing the reliability of Cloud Infrastructure. 

Responsibilities:

·         24/7 support for steady state operations and project support.
·         Perform database administration activities on a day-day basis.
·         Inventory of all the DB related licenses, ensure all the DB’s are monitored and backed-up.
·         Automation of standard tasks related to Monitoring, Backup, recovery, database management and tuning.
·         Develop and implement Data backup and recovery strategy based on recovery target objective and recovery point objective.
·         Engaging with stakeholders to gather infrastructure requirements and produce high-level infrastructure designs including cost and timeline estimates.
·         Work closely with IT Security organization to ensure compliance on DR and account management.
·         Recommending and driving efficiencies in process and technology improvements.
·         Developing capacity dashboards to track usage, long running queries and optimization
·         Defining DB roadmaps based on business needs and vendor technology enhancements.
·         Evaluating new technologies and provide recommendation to management including planning and execution of proof of concept activities.

Qualification:
·         Strong Oracle (9i, 10g, 11g) database management skills, Oracle STREAMS and Oracle DB tuning experience.
·         Experience implementing and administering Oracle RAC and RMAN
·         Strong MS-SQL database management skills
·         Skilled in defining storage needs and leveraging storage design to improve database performance. Understanding and experience with Storage RAID levels and experience working with Solid state devices
·         MONGO DB management skills a plus
·         10-12 years of work experience in managing SaaS Infrastructure or IT Infrastructure services.
·         Bachelors’ degree in Information Management, Computer Science.
·         Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical decision making skills.
·         Ability to present data in a clear and concise format
·         Excellent communications skills with the ability to articulate business requirements into technology solutions and ability to influence.
·         Service oriented approach to address technology issues and solutions.
